Amazing customer service! And it has been consistent, which is key! Let me highlight that this salon still has a shampoo bowl and will wash your hair. LOL

I absolutely love it here.. Apryl's amazing and her dad working the front of the house - very hospitable. At this point, I'm definitely a client.

I just want to take a moment to express how truly thankful I am for Apryl. She took the time—despite her busy schedule—to thoroughly explain the difference between a Dominican blowout and a silk press. Her patience and consideration really meant a lot to me. It wasn’t just about answering questions, it was how she made me feel seen and heard during the entire process.

Even during times when she couldn’t immediately respond to texts, Apryl made sure I had a secondary way to reach her by calling the shop—where either she or her Pops (who is also very knowledgeable) could help answer any questions I had. That level of customer service is rare and so appreciated.

But what really stood out to me was the way she went the extra mile to see if she could rearrange her calendar to fit my 11-year-old daughter in for a silk press and trim. She not only made it happen, but also gave us a detailed treatment plan tailored specifically for my daughter’s hair, since she was transitioning from Locs.

The results? Absolutely beautiful. My daughter’s hair came out amazing and she loved the entire experience.
