HairSollutionz Studio Service Policies

 

At HairSollutionz Studio, we value your time, your trust, and your commitment to self-care. To ensure every client receives the best experience, please review our salon policies below.

 

Appointments & Scheduling

    •    All services are by appointment only unless otherwise noted.

    •    A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

    •    Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

    •    We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

 

DEPOSITS ARE MANDATORY 

    •    No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in loss of deposit and/or a cancellation fee.

    •    After repeated no-shows, future bookings may require full prepayment.

 

Payments

    •    We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and electronic payments (Apple Pay, CashApp, etc. if applicable).

    •    Remaining balances are due at the completion of your service.

    •    Prices vary depending on hair length, thickness, and style complexity.

 

Children & Guests

    •    For the comfort of all clients, please do not bring extra guests unless they are receiving a service.

    •    Children are welcome only if they are scheduled for an appointment.

 

Hair Preparation

 

All services include a shampoo. Please do not shampoo your hair before your visit.

    •    Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and product-free unless your service includes a wash.

    •    Additional fees may apply for detangling, deep cleansing, or excessive product removal.

 

Service Guarantee & Adjustments

    •    Our goal is for you to leave loving your look! If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your service so we can address your concern.

    •    No refunds will be issued, but adjustments may be offered at the stylist’s discretion.

 

Health & Safety

    •    If you are experiencing scalp conditions, open wounds, or lice, we cannot perform services and may need to reschedule your appointment.

    •    We follow strict sanitation practices for all tools and work areas.
